REGISTRATION HOURS AT THE TRACK:

Thursday, June 15  -  6:00pm-9:00pm

Friday June 16  -  7:00am-11:00am

Saturday June 17  -  7:00am-10:00am

TECH HOURS AT THE TRACK:

Thursday, June 15 - 7:00pm-9:00pm

Friday June 16 - 8:00am-5:00pm 

Saturday June 17 - 8:00am-5:00pm  

RACE SCHEDULE:

Friday:  

Morning - 16 minute qualifying sessions for groups 1-7

Lunch (Grids for Race 1 will be set by morning qualifying session)

Afternoon - Regional Race 1 for all groups will be 18 minutes plus 1 lap 

Paddock Crawl - Following final track activity. Everyone welcome!

 

Saturday:

Morning - 20 minute plus a lap Regional race race groups 1-7 

Lunch (Grids  will be set by the fastest lap in either Friday qualifying)

Afternoon - 20 minute plus a lap Regional races with grid set by morning race finish position

These are contingency races for Sanction # 23-R-59580

 

ENTRY FEES:

 Regional Entry:   Early $575 /  Regular $625 

       Double Dip:   Early $325 / Regular $375

Compliance Fee:  SRF, SRF3,  FE and FE2 $30 per sanction. *Regular Fees will apply once on-line registration closes on Sunday June 11 at 11:59pm.

PLEASE NOTE: The Early Entries will first show the Regular fee, the Early Discount will be automatically subtracted upon completion of your entry, through June 11.

Please note:  Information is subject to change and will be updated as received

Additional Information:

• Review and update your three preferred number choices for your vehicles profile as this list will be used to assign your car number.
• All current crew must be listed - not listing crew creates delays in registration.
• A valid credit card must be entered in MotorsportReg in order to complete your entry. MC, Visa, American Express, Discover accepted.  Credit card payments will be held, then processed when the driver registers at the track.
• Cash and check are also accepted at time of check in.

HRD Race Support is $400 per day with a $100 load in fee per vehicle. You need a valid competition racing license from SCCA to register for this event. The deadline to sign up with HRD will be Monday, June 5th.
